 1858.  ESTABLISHED.  That’s what NP Dodge, our family-owned company is, one of the oldest in the nation!    Having lived in Omaha my entire life, and a realtor since 1984,  I’m also established!  Confident and Competent in my profession!

      Having worked with all client and agent personalities, I’m also AUTHENTIC, in that I can adapt pretty easily but hold my ground when it comes to negotiating for you in whatever situation.  And, after high school into my college years and early 20’s, I worked at Millard Lumber (now that’s a name from the past) as a building estimator.  I learned then the process for building a house. 

     Because of that job, I have since represented several builders learning so much more to make me even more EXPERIENCED than when I first started!    I've lived through all the ups and downs of the housing marketing throughtout the years.  We all have heard stories from friends and relatives about their house sales and purchase challenges.  Sometimes, my personality of thinking out of the box and creativity skills help you in your unique situation!   Maybe you heard that I physically orchestrated a 2 story house move out of 156^th & Dodge to the Elkhorn area!  Lots of hoops to jump through!  But I succeeded, and we still love living in that house today!
