Thank you so much for helping us through the sale of our house. Joni and Tracy did an amazing job staging and Coleen was so helpful. I must say it has been bittersweet. When Tracy came in and said can we pray for you?, it was then that I realized, even when I felt like my life was falling apart God was still in control and I had found the right people to trust. Life is hard and God is good!

When you work with Bill here are the things you can bank on: Integrity, Honesty, Knowledgeable and Service. Bill will tell you like it is whether it is positive or negative. He knows the market and does his homework to explain the value of the property you are trying to buy or sell. Finally, he will be there for you at all times of the day and all days of the week. Mr Black was the best part of my Omaha tour. He provided a very in-depth detailed tour, hitting the major hotspots in Omaha. He was quite considerate as well with taking breaks as requested. 26 Years ago, we purchased our house in the Harvey Oaks Subdivision with Bill Black.   This was a perfect place to live, our neighbors have been great through the years!   And now, with our parents gone, we are retired and moving out of state to be closer to our daughter, son-in-law and first grand-baby.   We are delighted to again have Bill Black list our house, give us a CMA and then even sell it for more than we expected!  We are delighted and would recommend him to any of our friends and neighbors!

My name is Harry and I came to know Bill by a prayer. I got a new job here in Bellevue last year and I was trying to buy a home locally. I have gotten lots of advice from friends and families about finding the right agent. But I didn’t know anyone locally and I was on a tight schedule to find a great agent. So I decided to pray and the Lord told me to get on the Christian realtor agents website. I did not know about this website before I prayed!
